Luxxe Board is a business operations platform. We collect the information needed to provide the service to your organization:

• Account data: name, email, role, organization, and sign-in identifiers.
• Operational data: properties, units, turn work, photos, and comments entered into the platform.
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, and approximate session timing for reliability and support.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, and technical diagnostics.

We use information to run the service, keep it secure, and improve it over time. That includes:

• Authenticating users and enforcing role-based permissions.
• Displaying real-time turn status to your team and vendor partners.
• Sending operational notifications, reports, and invitations you request.
• Detecting abuse, investigating incidents, and maintaining reliability.

We do not sell user data. We share information only with:

• Your organization: teammates and authorized vendor partners you invite, according to their role.
• Service providers: vetted infrastructure partners (hosting, email delivery, authentication) who process data on our behalf under contract.
• Legal authorities: only when required by valid legal process or to protect people and property.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is gated by authenticated accounts, role-based permissions, and least-privilege service credentials. We monitor our systems and patch infrastructure on a routine schedule.

Operational data is retained while your organization is an active customer. Deleted units, tasks, and similar records are soft-deleted for a short window to allow recovery and then purged. When an organization closes its account, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law or contract.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you. Send requests to support@luxxepro.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
