What we collect
Account information for property management users and vendor users (name, work email, phone). Property and unit data you upload, including rent rolls, move dates, and resident contact details. Operational records created in the product: trade completions, inspections, photos, timestamps, approvals, fees, and chargebacks.
How we use it
To run your turn: building boards, generating schedules, routing approvals, sending Early Move-In offers and inspection links to residents, and producing reporting for your organization. We do not sell your data, and we do not use resident contact information for marketing.
Resident links
Residents interact with Luxxe Board through secure, single-purpose email links for offers and sign-offs. Residents never create accounts and never set passwords. Each link is scoped to one resident and one action.
Who sees what
Access is scoped by role. Vendor crews see only their assigned trades, units, and properties. Property staff see their properties. Ownership reporting shows portfolio rollups. We do not share your data across customer organizations.
Storage and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Inspection photos, timestamps, and chargeback records are retained so your audit trail stays intact across seasons. You can request export or deletion of your organization's data at any time.
