The service
Luxxe Board is a turn season operations platform provided by Luxxe Property Solutions LLC. Your subscription covers the modules, vendor seats, and resident links described on the pricing page for the properties in your account.
Pricing and billing
Student housing is billed at $1.10 per bed per month and multifamily at $1.25 per unit per month, based on the units and beds active in your account. Enterprise agreements are priced by contract. Billing questions go to systems@luxxepro.com.
Your data and your responsibilities
You own the data you upload and the records your team creates. You are responsible for having the right to upload resident contact information, for the accuracy of move dates and fee schedules you configure, and for the actions of users you invite, including vendor crews.
Resident communications
Early Move-In offers, inspection sign-offs, and related emails are sent on your behalf and in your property's name. Fee schedules, offer timing, and approvals are controlled by your team. Residents are never emailed by an import.
Availability
We plan maintenance outside turn season wherever possible. The vendor field app is built to keep working through connectivity loss; completions sync when devices reconnect.
Ending the agreement
You can export your data and close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or attempt to access another organization's data. Questions about these terms go to systems@luxxepro.com.
