Terms of Service

Luxxe Board is a business platform for property management teams and their authorized vendor partners. Access is restricted to users who have been granted an account by a customer organization. You agree to use the platform only for legitimate turn and make-ready operations and to follow all applicable laws and contracts.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential, don't share logins, and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or revoke access that appears to violate these terms or create a risk to other users.

Your organization owns the operational data it enters into Luxxe Board — properties, units, tasks, photos, comments, and the like. We hold that data as a processor in order to run the service. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

We work to keep Luxxe Board available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, and unexpected events can cause brief interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Paid plans are billed on the cadence stated in your order or customer agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If your organization's account becomes past due, we may suspend access until the balance is resolved. Changes to pricing will be communicated to account owners before they take effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxxe Property Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the fees your organization paid for Luxxe Board in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You or your organization may stop using Luxxe Board at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if these terms are violated, if payment is overdue, or if continued access creates a legal or security risk. On termination, your organization can export operational data for a reasonable window before it is deleted.

We may update these terms as the product and applicable laws evolve. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify account owners by email. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
