A few details help us solve things faster:
- Your name and the organization you're signed in under.
- The property or unit involved, if the issue is specific.
- A short description of what you expected vs. what happened.
- Screenshots or a short screen recording, when possible.
Response Time
We respond to support requests within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Urgent production issues during active turn season are prioritized.
Platform Access
Luxxe Board is a business platform. Access is granted through a customer organization — property managers invite team members and vendor partners from inside the app. If you believe you should have access but don't, contact your organization's admin first.
